To save a lot of your time & frustration, use 1 Google Account & it's associated Email ID (preferably your official one, not personal one) with Admin access to:

✅ Google Merchant Center Account

✅ Google Ad Account

✅ YouTube Channel

✅ Google Analytics Account

(for this specific purpose 👆🏼. But in general, it's best practice to have Owner/Admin access to all your business assets in the same email address)

🔐 Security disclaimer: Make sure ONLY YOU (the business owner) has access to the above Email address. If you share access to the above with anyone else (e.g. VA), make sure they are trusted and keep in mind the possible consequences of getting that access misused.

Troubleshooting: If you can’t see any Google Ads Account or your desired Google Ad Account above, you might NOT have Admin access to the Google Ad account, in the Google account you connected.
- Open the desired Google Ads Account
- 🔧 Tools and Settings > Access and Security
  - Add as Admin from Users tab (can be done ONLY if the logged in user is an Admin user/manager)
  - If you are unable to give access to a branded email ID, check 👇🏼
    - Security tab > Allowed Domains
    - Make sure the domain for the official email ID is added there
