TikTok Shop has a 1 hour buyer cool-down period cancellation period. That means a buyer can cancel any order 1 hour after placing it without requiring Seller approval.

All TikTok orders sent to Shopify will initially be in an 'On hold' status and should not be fulfilled in the first 1 hour after order placement. Once the 1 hour period elapses, orders will more to an 'Unfulfilled' status on Shopify.
