TRIAL PERIOD & EXPECTATIONS

Before we dive into the details — please note our trial period process:
Once we initiate the contract for the first time, you are required to spend **only two hours** (not more than that) on the assigned trial task. After completing those two hours, you must **pause** and ask us to review your work.
Although Upwork requires a minimum availability setting of 5 hours per week, our trial is intentionally capped at 2 hours to respect both your time and ours.
You are encouraged to **log your trial hours** so you get paid for them, even if we decide not to proceed beyond the trial.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who has **already managed creator gifting programs** and can help us run a lean, repeatable creator seeding system.
This is **not** a beginner role — you should already know how to:
- Identify aligned creators
- Coordinate gifting without expensive platform fees
- Ensure content is delivered post-gifting
- Suggest low-cost or free systems (Google Sheets, basic forms, etc.)
- Track results and continuously optimize
We cannot afford platforms like SARAL, Grin, or Incense — if you know of free or low-cost tools, we’re open to them.

UPDATED CREATOR SEEDING PROCESS

- **Step 1: Approval First**
All creators must be verified and approved by us before outreach.
- **Step 2: Primary Outreach via Meta Creators Marketplace**
You will have access to our Meta Suite to send outreach messages.
- **Step 3: Fallback Outreach via Your Own Profile**
If the creator is unreachable via Meta, you can contact them from your own account using our provided script, which includes a call-to-action for them to verify outreach with our official brand account.
- **Step 4: Email Follow-Up**
Every DM must be followed up with an email. You will be given access to our Missive team inbox to send emails on behalf of our brand.
- **Step 5: Share Collab Page Link**
Once approved, send them our Shopify Collab page link for gifting opt-in.
