Here's what drives me to keep doing this work:

I love working with How Can I Help You?.

Money is good. It pays my bills. These brands have $50K+ monthly ad budgets. Services for 7-figure+ Brands. I want to keep working with more 7-figure+ brands in any capacity possible.

But I crave something different too.

I want to get involved with brands that have huge potential—either in their early days, at a smaller stage, or when their ecommerce is still below seven figures.

I want to lay the foundation and build the systems and structures for growth, brick by brick.

The vision: take these brands from scratch to seven figures and beyond. I want to feel that I contributed to it and impacted it the most.

How I work with smaller, high-potential brands

Beyond my regular roles with bigger brands, I make time to help as many promising smaller ecommerce brands as possible.

I share **FREE Actionable insights** from my 15+ years of experience & expertise, and from other experienced operators.

When I see a brand and founder with potential, I make space to get on a call and understand their business, scope, and opportunity.

🚫

I don't get into a paid arrangement with brands where paying me doesn't make financial sense at their current stage.

Instead, I stay in touch on Slackno expectations or commitments from either party.

I reach out, ask critical questions, nudge them in the right direction, and review platform data when they share access.

I give feedback and suggestions whenever I find time. Founders ask questions, and I reply as much as I can.

Why this arrangement works for both of us:

For you: Access to expertise, systems, and strategic guidance typically reserved for 7-figure brands with $50K+ monthly ad budgets—at a fraction of the cost.

For me: Building documented case studies and success stories that demonstrate my ability to take brands from early stage to seven figures, creating recognition that leads to bigger leadership roles.

It's a true partnership where we both win.

The relationship progression

When founders see that my inputs are moving the needle—generating more revenue and profit—they reach out to explore official arrangements within their limited budget.

Stage 1: Mentorship Calls

Based on my availability, I offer mentorship calls at a nominal price:

Stage 2: Do-It-With-You Mentorship

If I need to get involved further and my schedule permits, I offer a hands-on mentorship arrangement at $75/hour.

⚠️

I don’t commit to continue this long-term, as my availability can shrink anytime if I get more involved in my regular roles.

Stage 3: Fractional Role

Brands that evolve to the next level—higher revenue, larger operational budgets, and a desire to dedicate more of my time—reach out to explore upgrading to a fractional role. The monthly fee is fair for my experience and expertise, and it makes sense for their P&L.

Stage 4: Full-Time Role

As our relationship matures and a brand wants to lock me in for a year or more, we formalize a fractional or full-time role with a twelve-month commitment.

… if I'm available and/or open to switching my regular role.

What Makes eCommerce Growth Possible?

I don’t make false promises. I don't propagate the delusion that marketing & growth tricks can fix everything.

Growth work amplifies what already exists.

These are the fundamentals that determine whether a brand can scale sustainably:

Product-market Fit

Defensible Business with Real Advantages

Favorable Unit Economics & Capital

The more of these you have, the stronger your foundation.

If you have one or two, we can work together to build the others.

If you have most of these, you're in a strong position to scale - let's make it happen.

Why Brands with Strong Fundamentals Get Stuck

For a lot of brands that have the above strong fundamentals, they just need guidance in the right direction.

Even with great products and solid foundations, many brands plateau. Here's why:
